SEA COMPLEX
Giant sea kelp – high in protein, iodine and calcium, which strengthens hair and helps reduce split ends and breakage. Clarifies as it removes unwanted toxins and environmental pollutants.
Bladderwrack seaweed – rich in nutrients and essential amino acids for healthy hair, bladderwack is a natural polymer with a high percentage of sodium alginate to create texture.
Irish moss – contains vitamin A and C which naturally condition hair and Vitamin B which helps maintain a healthy scalp.
Dulse seaweed – rich in protein, potassium, iron, Vitamin K and iodine which strengthen hair and protect from damage.
Seaberry oil (sea buckthorn oil) – rich in Vitamin A & E that help fight aging in hair and combat dryness, brittleness, thinning and breakage. Vitamins B1, B2, and B6 rejuvenate and create healthy blood cells which transport oxygen through the hair.

Emulsify product in hands and apply to dry, styled hair. Add piecey definition and control to wavy or curly hair, twist and scrunch straight hair to get a tousled effect or apply specifically to dry ends for added gloss.

OUR STORY
After an early career in hairdressing in England, John Davis moved to Vancouver and met his partner in life and business, Lotte, who was then fully immersed in retail merchandising and design. It wasn’t long before they combined John’s expertise in hair styling and product performance, with Lotte’s creative and marketing background, founding AG Hair in 1989.
Seeing an opportunity for better quality hair products within the salon industry, they began formulating their own, using only the best ingredients in abundant proportions to ensure their products delivered on the promise. They started by filling bottles by hand out of their Vancouver home. Demand grew faster than they could have anticipated, and it was not long before they moved their operation into a full scale manufacturing facility. Today AG can be found in thousands of salons around the world.
AG still manufactures its own products in Vancouver, and the same entrepreneurial, family-owned spirit that made the company successful from the start is very much a part of AG’s culture today.
